As experienced by most surgeries, getting a GP of your own personal choice may take up to 3 weeks. However, you can speak to your doctor on the phone, usually on the same day or see any practice GP on the same day for an urgent consultation. This we feel, considering the variety in ages of patients we have witnessed whilst waiting to be seen makes us feel very pleased to be within the practice.
